Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health
Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health (A.S.D.O.H.) is a graduate school of dentistry located in the city of Mesa, Arizona, United States, and is affiliated with A.T. Still University.
It was the first dental school in Arizona, having opened its doors in 2003 and graduated its first class in 2007. The curriculum places a large focus on public health. The school is accredited by the American Dental Association. In 2005, the school received a $268,000 Piper Trust Award to purchase equipment, including a CT scan machine, for treating special needs children in the community.
Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health aspires to be a worldwide leader in healthcare education, transforming dental education to advance the art, science and distribution of oral health services incorporating an integrated approach to whole person health.
The purpose of the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health is to educate caring, technologically adept dentists to become community and educational leaders, serving those in need, and to:-

2:-prepare graduates with a strong foundation of critical inquiry, evidence-based practice, research, cultural competency, and orientation to prevention, and interdisciplinary healthcare experiences

ATSU-ASDOH students also have the opportunity to obtain their Master of Public Health degree while in dental school. The Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health prepares caring, technologically adept dental students to become community and educational leaders serving those in need. The school offers students an experience-rich learning environment where health professionals approach patient health as part of an interdisciplinary team. The relationship of oral health to total healthcare is an essential component of the mission, teaching, and clinical experiences at ASDOH.
Upon completion of the four-year program, graduates receive a doctor of dental medicine (D.M.D.) and a certificate in public health management.
ATSU-ASDOH also offers an advanced education program leading to a certificate in Orthodontics.
